Short Summary:  Keitaro and his childhood sweetheart make a promise that they are to meet each other at the prestigious Toudai University. About a few years later, Keitaro needs a place to stay and decides to live in his grandmother's all-girls dormitory.  He becomes the residential manager and lives with Naru, Motoko, Kitsune, Su Kaolo, and Shinobu.
